Dasar penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey, sedangkan tipe penelitian adalah deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran atau penjelasan tentang partisipasi masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan program pembangunan di Desa Taluduyunu Kecamatan Buntulia. Pengumpulan data data dilakukan dengan wawancara. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa, Sekdes, Serta masyarakat dan beberapa tokoh masyarakat yang ada di Desa Taluduyunu, Hasil data yang dianalisis secara kualitatif Hasil penelitian ini adalah Partisipasi masyarakat dalam bentuk ide/pemikiran, Materi (Barang), dan Uang Sudah Bagus akan tetapi paling banyak Partisipasi Masyarakat Dalam Bentuk Tenaga (Fisik) karena didasari oleh penghasilan yang tidak menetap sehari-hari. The type of research used in this research proposal is the Empirical Legal research type. The results of this research are the Implementation of the Authority of the Village Consultative Body Concerning Supervision of the Village Head's Performance in Huyula Village through a regular monitoring mechanism of the Village Head's activities and work results, supervision of village budget management, responsibility responsible for ensuring that village administration is running and conducting physical inspections of village infrastructure and facilities managed by the Village Head. Sus/2020/PN. Mar. Based on the problems examined by the authors, the authors use normative legal research methods. The results in this study are the application of criminal sanctions against intercourse committed by adolescents in Pohuwato District in the Marisa District Court Decision Number: 59/Pid. Sus/2020/PN. Mar, namely the action of the panel of judges is the embodiment of ultra petita in criminal law. The criminal sanctions given exceeded the prosecutor's demands which were only 6 years in prison to 7 years in prison and a fine of IDR 60,000,000.00 to IDR. 1,000,000,000 (one billion rupiah) provided that if the fine is not paid it is replaced by imprisonment for 6 (six) months. The author employs a normative legal research method. The findings of this research indicate that the protection of personal data in e-commerce platforms can impact the improvement of national economic development as it is related to several aspects, namely consumer trust, business innovation, and security and protection of business actors. The protection of personal data in e-commerce platforms not only involves consumer security and protection but also encompasses the interests of business actors. By maintaining the confidentiality of business data and complying with data protection regulations, business actors can gain competitive advantages, drive economic growth, and build strong business relationships on a global scale. To find out the effectiveness of resolving cases of domestic violence through mediation by the village government. The method in this study uses empirical legal research methods. The results of this thesis are: several factors that cause the occurrence of criminal acts of domestic violence, namely: behavioral factors of husbands and wives, namely husbands and wives who do not have good morals and morals will certainly trigger domestic violence. Economic factors, namely the lack of income in the household will trigger marital strife because they cannot meet the needs of the household, thus triggering violence. The factor of social media is that it has a negative impact on the household because a wife or husband is busy in cyberspace so that they forget household responsibilities. The factor of underage marriage is that underage marriage is immature in mental readiness so it is difficult to face or solve problems. The legal awareness factor is the lack of understanding of the law so that it has the potential to commit domestic violence. the effectiveness of resolving cases of domestic violence in Tombulilato Village is very effective because in the Village the Village Head is highly respected and respected, so that to make mistakes both husband and wife have to think at length again.
