At a glance
- Partners assist authors; they never represent the editorial office.
- Every manuscript is reviewed and decided exactly like any other.
- Work only with the written consent of all authors.
The partner program of Journal Law and Justice is not open at the moment. Questions go to [email protected].
What partners do
- Help authors prepare the manuscript in the journal template and the author guidelines.
- Submit manuscripts on behalf of the authors who asked for it.
- Follow each manuscript on the tracking page and talk with the editors there with the author.
- Help the author answer the reviewers and upload the revision.
- See the invoices of the manuscripts they assist and the commission they earn.
How the work flows
- The journal approves your registration.
- You agree with the author on the work and obtain the written consent of every author.
- You submit the manuscript (or the author does) and follow it through review and revision.
- When the author pays the publication fee, your commission is recorded; see commission.
- You withdraw your balance under the withdrawal policy.
What partners may not do
- Promise acceptance, a publication date or a review outcome.
- Write manuscripts for authors, change the authors, data or citations, or submit the same manuscript elsewhere at the same time.
- Contact editors or reviewers to influence a decision.
- Use authors' data for anything other than their manuscripts at Journal Law and Justice.
A breach ends the partnership and the manuscripts concerned are checked again under the journal's publication ethics and misconduct policies.
