At a glance

  • Every article is free to read on publication.
  • No subscription or registration is needed.
  • Reuse is allowed under the article's licence.

Journal Law and Justice is a fully open-access journal. All articles are freely available to everyone, immediately on publication, with no subscription, registration or pay-per-view fee. The journal follows the Budapest Open Access Initiative definition of open access.

What readers can do

  • Read, download, copy, print, search and link to the full text of every article.
  • Distribute and reuse articles according to the licence shown on each article, with proper citation.
  • Harvest metadata through OAI-PMH and use the content for text and data mining.

Why open access

Free access to research supports a greater global exchange of knowledge, reaches readers in institutions and countries without subscriptions, and increases the visibility and impact of authors' work.

Costs

Readers never pay. Any publication charge for authors is shown on the publication fees page, together with the available waivers; the editorial decision never depends on whether a fee is paid.

Journal-specific terms

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
