Fees at a glance

No submission or publication fee: publishing in this journal is free for authors.

Waivers and discounts

Authors who cannot pay, for example authors from low-income countries or without funding, may write to [email protected] to ask for a full or partial waiver before they submit. Requests are confidential and do not affect the review.

Editorial independence

Fees never influence editorial decisions. Editors handling a manuscript decide on scholarly merit only, and the review is the same for every author. See the journal's publication fees policy.
