This page covers the data of partners and the duties of partners towards authors' data. The general rules are in the journal's privacy policy.

What the journal keeps about partners

  • The organisation or individual: name, type, contact details, website, services and verification data and documents.
  • Members: names, e-mail addresses and their accounts.
  • Activity: the authors and manuscripts assisted, commission, withdrawals and the terms accepted.
  • Bank account details for withdrawals.

How it is used

  • To check registrations, run the partner program and contact you.
  • To calculate commission and transfer withdrawals, and for the journal's accounts.
  • To investigate a complaint about a partner's conduct.

What is public

When the partner list is open, your name, logo, services and description appear in the partner list so authors can find you. Bank details, documents, members and earnings are never public.

Authors' data

  • Use authors' personal data only to handle their manuscripts at Journal of Education and Teaching Learning.
  • Keep it confidential and secure, and delete what you no longer need.
  • Never share manuscripts, reviews or decisions with anyone the author has not agreed to.
  • Report any data leak to [email protected] at once.

Your rights

You can correct your data in the partner area. To close the account or have data removed, write to [email protected]. Records of commission and payments are kept as accounting rules require.
