At a glance

  • Partners assist authors; they never represent the editorial office.
  • Commission: 5%, shown openly on the author's invoice.
  • Every manuscript is reviewed and decided exactly like any other.
  • Work only with the written consent of all authors.

Partners are organisations and individuals approved by Journal of Education and Teaching Learning to help authors prepare, submit, revise and follow their manuscripts. These guidelines explain how the program works; the binding rules are the partner terms.

What partners do

  • Help authors prepare the manuscript in the journal template and the author guidelines.
  • Submit manuscripts on behalf of the authors who asked for it.
  • Follow each manuscript on the tracking page and talk with the editors there with the author.
  • Help the author answer the reviewers and upload the revision.
  • See the invoices of the manuscripts they assist and the commission they earn.

How the work flows

  1. The journal approves your registration.
  2. Authors find you in the partner list and ask for assistance, or register through your referral link.
  3. You agree with the author on the work and obtain the written consent of every author.
  4. You submit the manuscript (or the author does) and follow it through review and revision.
  5. When the author pays the publication fee, your commission is recorded; see commission.
  6. You withdraw your balance under the withdrawal policy.

Your referral link is remembered for 7 days while an author registers and submits.

What partners may not do

  • Promise acceptance, a publication date or a review outcome.
  • Write manuscripts for authors, change the authors, data or citations, or submit the same manuscript elsewhere at the same time.
  • Contact editors or reviewers to influence a decision.
  • Use authors' data for anything other than their manuscripts at Journal of Education and Teaching Learning.

A breach ends the partnership and the manuscripts concerned are checked again under the journal's publication ethics and misconduct policies.
