  • Authors' data is confidential.
  • The current terms are version 1.

This is a summary of the terms partners accept when they register. The version shown and accepted on the partner registration page and in the partner area is the binding one. The current version is 1.

1. Scope of the partnership

The partner helps authors prepare, submit, revise and follow their manuscripts at Journal of Education and Teaching Learning. The partner acts for authors who have authorised it and does not represent the editorial office.

2. Editorial decisions stay independent

Partnership status, commission or the number of manuscripts never affect editorial decisions. Every manuscript goes through the same initial check, peer review and decision as any other. The partner must not promise acceptance, a publication date or a review outcome.

3. Publication ethics

The partner follows the journal's publication ethics and COPE. No ghostwriting, no manipulation of authorship or citations, no fabricated data, no simultaneous submission elsewhere and no contact with editors or reviewers to influence a decision.

Manuscripts are submitted only with the written consent of all authors. Authors remain the owners and are responsible for the content. Authors' personal data is used only for their manuscripts at Journal of Education and Teaching Learning and kept confidential; see partner privacy.

5. Commission

The commission is set by the journal and added openly to the author's invoice. It is earned on paid invoices and cancelled when the fee is refunded or waived; see commission.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals follow the journal's rules and are paid to the partner's registered account; tax on the commission is the partner's responsibility. See the withdrawal policy.

7. Accounts and security

Every person managing the partner uses their own account. The partner is responsible for what is done from its members' accounts and reports misuse at once.

8. Changes and termination

The journal may change these terms; partners accept the new version before their next withdrawal. The journal may suspend or end a partnership that breaches them. Commission earned on paid manuscripts is still paid, unless the partnership ends because of an ethics breach.

Reporting a concern

Authors and anyone else can report a partner's conduct to [email protected]. Concerns are handled under the complaints and appeals and misconduct policies.
