Editorial Policies

TRANSPARENT GOVERNANCE

Editorial Policies

A consolidated overview of the policies that guide submission, assessment, publication, corrections, conflicts, privacy, and responsible communication at MJPJETL.

Scope & Decisions

Submissions are assessed for alignment with education and teaching-learning, originality, methodological quality, clarity, and contribution. Editorial decisions remain independent.

Originality & Preprints

Manuscripts must not be published or under review elsewhere. Prior preprints and conference presentation are permitted when disclosed; the final record should be updated with the published DOI.

Plagiarism

The journal applies zero tolerance to plagiarism and self-plagiarism. Submissions may be screened using similarity-detection software and editorial evaluation.

Authorship & Contributions

Listed authors must have made genuine contributions, approved the submitted version, and accept accountability. Changes should be justified to the editorial office.

Conflicts & Funding

Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose relationships or interests that could influence the work or its evaluation, together with relevant funding information.

Data & Reproducibility

Authors should retain supporting data, report methods transparently, respect privacy and consent, and provide data availability information where applicable.

Corrections & Retractions

Material errors or integrity concerns may lead to correction, clarification, expression of concern, or retraction after fair investigation.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests must be submitted by the authors with a clear reason. The journal evaluates requests according to publication stage and integrity obligations.

Privacy

Personal information collected through OJS is used for editorial communication, review, publication, and scholarly metadata, and is not sold for unrelated commercial use.

Advertising & Marketing

The journal does not publish commercial advertisements. Scholarly announcements may be presented, and promotional claims must remain accurate, ethical, and non-misleading.
